Interested in becoming a member of the Penfield Republican Committee

Welcome to The Penfield Republican Committee (PRC) membership page. Are you interested in becoming a member of the committee and being active in a locally focused, true grassroots politics? We are always looking for new members. To be nominated, you must be a registered Republican living within the Legislative voting district and fulfill a few simple requirements.

• Attend 3 Penfield Republican Committee monthly meetings; or
• Walk a nominating petition sheet and submit a minimum of 15 valid signatures.

To maintain your membership you are required to:

• Walk petitions once a year. (Upcoming bylaw changes may affect this requirement)

Penfield Republican Committee members are involved in:

• PRC candidate recruitment, development and support;
• Selecting local candidates to run on the Republican ballot line;
• Developing party issues and policies;
• Fundraising for candidates;
• Voter identification and voter registration programs;
• Voter outreach programs;
• Keeping the public informed, connected and represented.

You may also review the calendar and attend the next committee meeting. When you arrive, introduce yourself to any of our members. Someone from the membership committee will introduce you and answer any questions you may have.
