Candace Lee

Town Councilwoman

Candace Lee is the first Asian American to be elected as Town Councilwoman for Penfield and will begin her four-year term in 2022. She is eager to encourage bipartisan participation on various issues for the benefit of all residents and to increase government accessibility and inclusion.

Councilwoman Lee is Chair of the Public Works Committee, in which she works closely with Supervisor Cinti on budgetary matters. She also serves as a liaison to the following boards and committees: Community TV, Justice Courts, and Penfield Little League.

Councilwoman Lee earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis, and her B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley. She is admitted to practice law in New York and California. She is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and continues to serve on its Ethics Committee.

Councilwoman Lee resides on Browncroft Blvd with her husband and five children.
